2. Our Services
Kiavasity Travels acts as an intermediary and advisory service to help clients access flights, visas, study placements, work opportunities abroad, curated tours, and financial documentation support. We are not an airline, embassy, educational institution, employer, or financial institution — we assist you in navigating these processes and, where applicable, connect you with relevant third parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services on your own behalf. If you are submitting a request for a minor (for example, a student visa or study abroad application), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to act on their behalf.
4. Nature of Our Services
To avoid any misunderstanding, please note the following about how our Services actually work:
- Flight bookings are quote-based, not instant. Submitting a flight request does not constitute a confirmed booking or a guaranteed fare. We search available options and respond with pricing for your approval before any payment is required.
- We do not guarantee visa, admission, or job approvals. Decisions on visas, study admissions, work permits, and immigration matters are made solely by the relevant embassy, institution, or employer. We provide guidance, document preparation support, and honest assessments — not guarantees of outcome.
- We do not provide licensed legal or immigration advice. Where a matter requires formal legal representation, we may recommend you consult a licensed immigration attorney.
- Proof of funds support means legitimate documentation, never fabrication. We help you present real funds, real sponsorships, and real facility arrangements accurately. We do not create, alter, or falsify financial documents, and we will decline to assist with any request to do so.
- Work abroad registration is free — we never charge upfront job-placement fees. Any service fee, where applicable, applies only to specific paid services (such as CV writing) and is always disclosed upfront.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and documents submitted to us, including personal details, financial information, and any uploaded documents (such as passport pages or CVs). Submitting false or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate termination of service, and may expose you to legal consequences with the relevant embassy, institution, or authority — consequences for which Kiavasity Travels bears no responsibility.
6. Fees & Payment
Government, embassy, airline, and institutional fees are set by those third parties and are separate from any service fee we charge. Where we charge a service fee, it will be clearly disclosed to you before you are asked to pay. Payment methods (such as bank transfer or card payment) will be shared securely once you confirm you wish to proceed with a specific service.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the policies of any third party involved (such as an airline's fare rules or an embassy's non-refundable processing fees). Where we have not yet incurred costs or begun work on your behalf, we will make reasonable efforts to refund any service fee paid to us directly. Third-party fees already paid to airlines, embassies, or institutions are generally non-refundable once submitted, in line with their own policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of Kiavasity Travels unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiavasity Travels is not liable for decisions made by third parties (embassies, airlines, educational institutions, employers, or financial institutions), delays or losses arising from incorrect information you provide, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid us for that specific service.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including WhatsApp for messaging, live chat providers, and mapping services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to submit fraudulent documentation, impersonate another person, misuse our forms for spam or unrelated solicitation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
12. Termination
